Men's Integrity Circle
Men's Integrity Circle - Full
Not accepting new participants at this time.
The Integrity Circle is an advanced education and practice group for men who have completed Be a Better Man with Dr. Omar Minwalla, or From Harm to Healing with Chris Jones, or equivalent DSTT-informed work.
Focus: The group centers the voices of those harmed by Deceptive Sexuality or Secret Sexual Basement—partners, children, and families. Men practice 'Voice Up' with the Betrayed Voice represented "in the room." This work is grounded in Dr. Minwalla’s DSTT model.
What this is: Focused practice in authenticity, harm-reduction, dignity, and care for all involved.
What this is not: Therapy, partner-sharing, or trauma dumping.
A Note from Jeni:
The Integrity Circle requires a specialized kind of work. That's why I chose Dan and Emily to co-facilitate this with me.
Dan Oakes has worked with men and women for 20+ years on sexuality, deception, and relationship repair—which is where his heart lives. He was one of the first therapists in the Valley to identify Betrayal Trauma, following the science and listening to betrayed partners' voices. In the Integrity Circle Dan represents Healthy Ego.
Emily McIntosh has walked with families and women through birth and death, betrayal and repair, divorce, grief, and family trauma. Emily and I have worked side-by-side in our education and training for the last 15 years. In the Integrity Circle we represent the Betrayed’s Voice and experience.
For years, we've witnessed the devastation of Deceptive Sexuality Trauma in our community.
Everyone asks: "Is there any way to heal this?"
DSTT research tells us yes—when there's genuine, sustained desire for change.
We don't know what will happen to your relationship—no one does. What we can do is teach you how to nurture healing conditions.

Meet Jeni Steele
I'm Jeni Steele, a human and a therapist (LPC). Our small betrayal groups are designed for personalized attention to help you navigate your next steps. When work together you'll feel my support as you navigate what's in your healing process. I've been apart of the betrayal community in AZ for over a decade & I'm still excited about the process that leads us from feeling wounded and stuck to feeling a sense of wholeness.
