Unfiltered
Real life. Real emotions. Real tools.
Your teenager walks in, drops the backpack by the door, and heads straight to the bedroom. You ask how the day went. "Fine." The door closes.
You stand in the hallway knowing something happened, with no idea what.
I sit with parents in this spot every week. Most of them are doing a lot right. Their teen is carrying more than they have words for. Pressure at school. A friendship going sideways. A worry running on repeat at 1 a.m.
What most teens are missing is a set of tools and a room where they get to practice them with other kids their age. Unfiltered gives them both.
What your teen will work on
Naming what is happening inside before it comes out as a slammed door or a shutdown.
Interrupting the loop of replaying a conversation or a text thread.
What stress does in the body, and how to bring it down.
Saying the hard thing without blowing up or disappearing.
Choosing friends who are good for you, and being one.
Practical tools your teen will use the same week, at school and at home.

Nobody here is going to lecture you. You decide how much you share.
You will sit with a few other people your age who are dealing with the same stuff, and you will leave with tools you will use on Monday.
A SPACE TO TALK. A PLACE TO GROW.
