Free Community Classes

These are free community activities where the AFI team presents on topics that they feel will help the community and represents the needs of those that we serve.  Please come and spend the evening learning with us.

 Intensive Interactive Workshops

High valued events with an intensive focus on specialized topics and reflect the expertise of our skilled clinicians at AFI.  These workshops will provide a deep dive into resolving specific mental health issues, from relational issues to compulsive behaviors and emotional regulation. 

Group Therapy

Therapist lead groups are focused on providing support both clinically and socially on a regular rotating weekly or biweekly.  The AFI team utilizes a collaboration and attachment model to build healthy emotional regulation for our clients, as we also encourage them to help each other.

The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work

The Seven Principles Workshop for Couples is based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman as presented in his New York Times bestselling book – The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.
