In a world where you are constantly bombarded with the needs of others, let us help you gain insight on how and when it is important to put your oxygen mask (self-compassion and resourcing) on first!
This free one-hour workshop will help you identify when your oxygen level (stress tolerance) is low and equip you with the skills and resources you need in order to recharge and refocus.
