I remember the mess of feelings getting ready for my first appointment as a client. I didn't know where to start and I wasn't sure what I needed, just that I needed change. I hope that my own journey can help me connect with you as I join you on your journey for a time. Regardless of where you are on your path, I am here to listen, challenge, and explore with you. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which is considered the “Gold Standard” for attachment work. This framework was created to help individuals and couples securely attach to the world around them, finding greater clarity and fulfillment in life. I work with individuals and couples with relational issues, anxiety, depression, betrayal, and sexual compulsions and addictions. Together we can build an environment free of judgement to get to the root of your troubles and build a path forward using EFT, cognitive restructuring, and the use of practical tools.

Life can give us many challenges that can help us grow. I have been able to learn through many challenges as my family experiences Autism, PTSD, ADHD, and Tourette's Syndrome with Corprolalia, and TBI’s. I also have a passion for working with families of Law Enforcement and first responders. I have personal experience understanding its effects on individuals, relationships, and families.Â
Â
I have been married to my wonderful wife for three years and yes, I look young! In my free time I love to read, play guitar, spend time outside, and cook.Â
Â
I’d love to have a free 15 minute consultation to see if I might be a good fit for you!
