What teens will
learn

Simple, practical tools help teens understand their emotions, respond to stress and grow with more confidence and self-kindness.

01

Emotional awareness

Notice feelings earlier, understand what they are communicating and practice more regulated responses.

02

Less self-criticism

Recognize harsh internal dialogue and replace shame with a kinder, more balanced relationship with self.

03

Stronger resilience

Build the confidence and connection needed to move through stress, setbacks and difficult moments.

04

Real-life mindfulness

Use simple mindfulness practices that can work at school, at home and during everyday challenges.

“Resilience grows when teens feel safe, heard and equipped with tools that work.”

WHO THIS IS FOR

A supportive fit for teens who feel overwhelmed.

The group offers practical help without expecting teens to have everything figured out before they arrive.

  • Feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or frequently “on edge .”
  • Get stuck in harsh self-talk, perfectionism or fear of making mistakes.
  • Struggle with comparison, social pressure or social media overload.
  • Want practical tools for handling emotions without shutting down or blowing up.
