A safe space for healing, growth and deeper relationships.

These pains you feel are messengers. Listen to them.” -Rumi

When our lives feel heavy with pain, there is opportunity for healing and growth. My goal is to earn your trust through creating and providing a non-judgmental, supportive, safe space to explore where you are stuck. I am committed to helping you navigate and deepen your relationships with others and yourself.

I believe in my client’s ability to work towards a more balanced, connected, fulfilled life with the right tools and guidance. After assessing my clients, I take an individualized approach in sessions. That means I utilize various therapeutic modalities and techniques depending on the client’s needs. Some of these include Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications and a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. As a Licensed Associate Therapist, I am trained to work with couples, families, and individuals. Prior to becoming a therapist, I taught children and adolescents for 16 years.

I love learning, laughing, growing through life. I enjoy helping others find peace and live their best life. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 22 years and our six children.

Ideas for deeper understanding and connection. We present dynamic visual case studies that validate our comprehensive solutions.
