Walking alongside you toward your better life.

Barbara sees human life as an ongoing experience of change, growth and development. When life challenges create uncertainty or strain, her purpose is to walk alongside clients as they find direction, strengthen relationships and work toward their goals.

She supports people across stages of development with self-confidence, relationship healing, healthy boundaries, addiction recovery, trauma recovery and greater mental health. Her work draws from solution-focused and strength-based care, family systems, cognitive restructuring, attachment building and marital or partner relationship work.

Barbara is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a focused trauma treatment. Outside the office, she and her husband are parents to five children.
